Accessing hospital services

Printer-friendly version

The Paediatric Integrated Cancer Service has information about how to access hospital services for your child.

The treatment and support team at the hospital is there to help you, your child and your family, so don't be afraid to ask them questions.

Every family is different, and it's important that you let the team know about your family's situation – for example, whether you need to travel a long way for appointments, what your family and support networks are like, or whether you need culturally specific information. Hospital staff have dealt with every kind of family situation. If they know your specific circumstances throughout your child's cancer journey, they can help you in the best way possible.
